During the first Committee meeting in 2019, the Compensation and Benefits bureau has been re-branded to Benchmarking Bureau to reflect the expansive topic or theme of surveys conducted by the bureau over the last few years.
The Benchmarking Bureau of 2019 is headed by Puan Ku Notrishah bt Ku Shari of Prima Baguz Foods Sdn Bhd.
To facilitate the process of gathering information related to industry practices and sharing of information to enable the participating companies to benchmark against current practices and finally to facilitate their decision making process.
The bureau plans to:-
- Develop a Benchmarking Book of Reference (general) for Bangi Area to obtain feedback from companies that interested to participate, to collect data on the matters that need to benchmark (HR or other general company’s practices), to design and disseminate survey form, to assist in data collection process and share collected information with relevant members.
- Share information related to Best Practices: by disseminating information related to best practices (in HR or other areas) via email, members meeting or whatsapp group from time to time.
- Initiate any activity that can be collaborated among BIAA members, i.e. act as a medium to facilitate request of BIAA members in any activity that require collaboration for example workers transportatio

The function of compensation and benefits bureau is to disseminate survey with regards to HR policies and practices to enable the participating companies to benchmark against current practices and finally to facilitate their decision making process.
The bureau is headed by Ms. Kelly Ning of Beryl's Chocolate.
